When a Dynamics 365 user is on an Account, Contact, or Lead, Paribus 365™ Duplicate Detection finds any matching records for the current record.
In this example, Paribus 365™ has found a matching record for Robert Dixon, which appears to be a duplicate record.
On the Paribus 365™ Duplicate Detection tabs, the user can compare the possible duplicate with the current record by clicking on the “1 Possible Duplicate Contact” header.
The user can review both records to determine if the record is a duplicate.
If it is determined the record is a duplicate, the user can choose to merge the record (if the user has the necessary permissions in Dynamics 365) by selecting the Merge button under the Actions column.
The default Microsoft Dynamics 365 merge dialog is launched.
