Let us walk through the Paribus 365™ Smart Entity Lookup features:
Paribus 365™ entity lookup support is provided upon the “Paribus Entity Lookup” tab within the entity detail form (for example, Opportunity).
In one single transaction, enter the details of the entity you wish to look up (e.g. Account and Contact for new Opportunity) and perform a Paribus 365™ search.
A list of possible matches are then provided as Paribus 365™ match results.
Selecting the Paribus 365™ match results will display those business entities for review/selection.
The ‘Associate’ option provided for each of the Paribus 365™ match results will select that entity and place a reference to it within the related CRM lookup.
Upon selecting an entity within the Paribus 365™ match results and performing ‘Associate’, this will set the entity association into the CRM lookup.
In addition to a single association, Paribus 365™ can also automatically associate related entities in one single operation (e.g. set related Account association from the selected Contact).
