If you are experiencing issues trying to validate your Paribus Interactive subscription from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Check your Subscription Key is correct
  • Check your Security Key is correct
  • Check the Server Name is targeting the correct server for your region – see Cloud Regions
  • Check within the Advanced Settings section that the Port Number is correct – the default value should be 443
  • Check within the Advanced Settings section that the Endpoint Name is correct – the default value should be interactive
