If you are experiencing issues validatinge your Paribus Interactive subscription from within Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, this may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Check your Subscription Key is correct
- Check your Security Key is correct
- Check the Server Name is targeting the correct server for your region – see Cloud Regions
- Check within the Advanced Settings section that the Port Number is correct – the default value should be 443
- Check within the Advanced Settings section that the Endpoint Name is correct – the default value should be interactive
