Yes, Paribus Interactive™ searches can be configured through the Solution Manager. To do this, you simply need to run the Solution Manager, log into you CRM system as a user with administrator privileges, and then click on the “Search Engine” option on the menu at the left. This will open a screen from which it is possible to add, remove or edit the search rules that define the behaviour of Paribus Interactive™ searches in your CRM system.
