Paribus 365™ Pricing Information
This article provides general information about Paribus 365 pricing.
Paribus 365™ consists of two elements of technology that make up the overall solution:
Paribus 365 Search and Detect – Our data quality guardian solution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 which provides CRM users with Paribus’ fuzzy search engine that intelligently searches CRM for records (e.g. Accounts, Contacts and Leads), together with our Paribus data quality firewall for the detection and prevention of duplicate data.
Paribus 365 Data Cleansing – Data service utility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to identify duplicate data, with the ability to review and confirm duplicates followed by the merging and consolidating of duplicate data en masse.
Note: Paribus 365 pricing is outlined here per Paribus service, however, combined package pricing is also available when subscribing to multiple Paribus 365 services – available upon engagement.
Paribus 365 “Search and Detect” Service – Pricing Model
The Paribus 365 Search and Detect service pricing model is based on the following elements:
CRM User Access
- The total number of CRM users with access to the Paribus Search and Detect features within Dynamics 365/CRM.
- User access to Paribus Search and Detect features within Dynamics 365/CRM is managed through a CRM User Security Role, thus any CRM user with this security role will have access to these features. Only CRM users with this access will be included in the monthly user cost calculation.
- CRM system administrators have full control over this CRM user security assignment thus ensuring the customer has control over their monthly usage/cost.
- A Paribus Search and Detect subscription is subject to a minimum of 10 users, any less will incur the maximum charge of 10 users.

Data Volume
- The total number of CRM records that the Paribus Search and Detect service is indexing.
- The Paribus 365 Search and Detect service provides an intelligent data matching engine upon CRM data such as CRM Accounts, Contacts and Leads. The total volume of this content is also subject to a monthly cost relative to the number of CRM records that the service is managing (indexing) – This cost is banded by data volume.
- Paribus considers the content of systems such as CRM in the form of Paribus Companies and Paribus People, so in terms of Dynamics CRM, we would count Paribus Companies as CRM Accounts and CRM Leads (company), and Paribus People as CRM Contacts and CRM Leads (person).
Therefore, to estimate the Data Volume for your Dynamics 365/CRM system we suggest the following calculation:

Note: By default, the Paribus 365 service will only index upon ‘Active’ CRM records, however, this can be configured to include inactive if required – This will however increase your data volume consumption accordingly.

Service Provisioning and On-Boarding
On-boarding customers onto the Paribus Search and Detect service is provided and consists of the following:
- On-boarding charged as a single one-time payment
- Remote web session with CRM Administrator/Developer
- Installation, configuration and setup of Paribus 365 within Dynamics 365 (assist the CRM Administrator/Developer with installation)
- Overview of the Paribus 365 Search and Detect features
- Best Practices and Tips
- The estimated time required for this process is 1 to 1.5 hours
Cost Analysis and Billing Cycle
The Paribus 365 Search and Detect service cost will be calculated and billed based on monthly usage, relative to the maximum number of users accessing the service and the maximum data volume indexed within that monthly billing cycle.
Each monthly service cost will be billed in advance based on the consumption calculated from the previous month. The initial payment will be based on the consumption calculated from the initial trial period.
For annual or quarterly billing, QWARE will conduct periodic audits to ascertain the number of licenses a customer has currently in use, and a billing adjustment based on the current usage may be required. The adjustment will be applied for the remainder of the term.
Invoicing and Payments
Each monthly invoice will detail the CRM User count and data volume consumption from the previous month, and payment will be billed in advance based on the previous month’s consumption.
Paribus 365 “Data Cleansing” Service – Pricing Model
The Paribus 365 Data Cleansing service pricing model is based upon the following elements:
Service Charge
- The use of the Paribus Data Cleansing service is charged on a rolling monthly basis
- Subject to an initial minimum term of 2 months of service engagement
- Service can be canceled or suspended at any time after the initial 2 months of engagement
- Service charge discounts available for 12-month commitments

- Configuration (Data Set Configuration, Custom Filters, Match Sessions setup)
- Best Practices and Tips
- Overview of available documentation and additional training content (ClickLearn)
- Estimated time required for this process is 1 to 2 hours
Cost Analysis and Billing Cycle
The Paribus 365 Data Cleansing service will be billed on a monthly basis, subject to your pricing tier model.
No additional cost is levied upon the volume of activity or amount of data cleansing performed.
