Should you receive the following message:
“Paribus Interactive experienced a subscription validation failure – unable to successfully locate any of your service instance(s) within the Paribus Cloud.”
Possible Reasons for this Message:
- The cloud instance(s) of the Paribus Interactive service is currently not available or not responding
- The cloud instance(s) of the Paribus Interactive service is temporarily under maintenance
- The cloud servers supporting your instance of the Paribus Interactive service is currently under maintenance
Suggested Actions:
- Wait a period of 15 minutes and retry the operation
- If the issue continues then contact Paribus Cloud support
