Should you receive the following message:

“Paribus 365™ Search and Detect experienced a subscription authentication failure – Subscription service Security Key is invalid.”

Possible Reasons for this Message:

  • The Subscription Security Key has been entered incorrectly
  • The Subscription Security Key has been updated within the Paribus 365 Cloud

Possible Solutions to this issue:

  • Request the Subscription Security Key be reset and resent to the Subscription Administrator
