When attempting to save your Paribus Interactive configuration (Solution configuration settings) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM and you receive the following message:
“An error has occurred saving your configuration settings: Error : 403: Forbidden: Principal user (Id=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx, type=x) is missing prvWriteqgcomp_solutionsetting privilege (Id=2821bfee-bd31-45c0-91aa-f21e518d8ae2)”
Possible Reasons for this Message:
- You do not have the necessary security write permissions to update the custom QGate Solution entities within CRM
Suggested Actions:
- User a different CRM user account with greater security rights to perform this operation
- Request suitable security write access to the “QGate Solution” entities
